TOM BORRELLI: 1957-2008NLL Hall of Famer has passed away following injuries from fall
Buffalo News sports reporter Tom Borrelli passed away on Thursday morning at the age of 51. Borrelli was critically injured after falling down a stairway on November 8 while covering a high-school football game in Buffalo. Borrelli has been the Buffalo Bandits beat writer for The News since '92, and was the first journalist to be recognized by the NLL Hall of Fame.

The National Lacrosse League invites fans, media, players and coaches to suggest candidates for the next round of nominations for the league's Hall of Fame. All entries will be reviewed by the league's Hall of Fame Committee. Those interested in taking part can send in their suggestions via email after reading the criteria for selection. Suggestions will be accepted until December 1, 2008.

TITANS TO PLAY FIVE GAMES IN NEWARKPrudential Center to host NLL action for first time on Jan. 10th
The New York Titans will play five of its home games this season at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, stating on January 10th when the Titans host Boston.
